Emerald Dream

I'm sure we've all felt compelled at one time or another in our lives to go somewhere, do something, see what you haven't seen before. I don't know where such strong
compulsions come from, but mine was to visit Ireland. It was the most exciting and magical trip I've ever taken. I saw most of Ireland, flew over to London to visit the High Gate Cemetery, then flew up to Scotland and back again to Ireland.

It's taken me a year to find the time to devote to sorting out my Ireland pictures and creating a movie from them. It's been a magical journey for me as I hope it will be for you. Enya music is playing in the background so turn up your speakers.

Without hesitation I can say that Ireland is a place of magic, history and beauty that will live with me forever.

Best...

My thoughts are so very similar to yours on these unexplainable feelings or needs to visit the places you have in this film, did that make sense? Thanks Canace for sharing these images with us!!!

What fabulous images Canace. That must have been such a lovely trip. I'm ashamed to say that, even though I live so close, I've never been to Ireland, but have always wanted to. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Canace...well what can I say? After receiving your email I just cannot get over the fact that we've been in the same places namely Melrose in The Scottish Borders!Anyway I've been visiting this post a few times and it's only NOW that I've had the 16minutes free to get to see the full footage! Fabulous pics. Did you get to see Dublin Castle by any chance? I can send you pics if you like. The next time you're over here to Ireland maybe we can meet up eh? Anyway have a great New Year sweetums!
